Group Rentals
Birch Bay Ranch is available for rental groups from the beginning of September until the end of June. We are an ideal site for school groups, youth groups, boys and girls clubs, church retreats, crafting groups, board meetings and leadership training and development. We offer a number of packages including day rentals, weekday and weekend packages, a tenting site rental and Christmas banquets.
Weekend Packages
A weekend package includes Friday evening to Sunday afternoon accommodations, use of a meeting area, 5 meals and 2 snacks, scheduled use of our sports field or low obstacles PLUS 15% off the price of any additional activities booked. Groups with more than 50 paid guests will receive 15% off the accommodation package price.
- Full Weekend $120.00 per person
Accommodations
We have cabin accommodations available. Each cabin has bunk beds with mattresses and can sleep 14 people maximum. Groups under 18 years of age are required to have at least one supervisor sleeping in each cabin. Bedding is not provided.
Lodge
Groups will have use of either the McCaughey Lodge (fire place area, dining room, gym and washrooms) or the Cedar Lodge (large meeting area and washrooms).
Meals
Included in the full package are 5 meals and 2 snacks (snack on Friday, breakfast, lunch, supper and snack on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday). Extra meals are available at an extra cost.
Activities
Your weekend booking includes the use of our sports field and low obstacle course (which must be scheduled in advance). See the activities link above for additional activities which can be scheduled in advance at additional cost. Each of our activities can accommodate 12 persons per hour. Activities are not available on Sundays.
Midweek Packages
A midweek package (from 2pm on the day of arrival until 2pm on the day of departure) includes accommodations, use of a meeting area, 3 meals and 1 snack, scheduled use of our sports field or low obstacles PLUS 15% off the price of any additional activities booked. Groups with more than 50 paid guests will receive 15% off the accommodation package price. If your group wishes to come earlier or stay later phone to make those arrangements.
- Midweek $55.00 per person per 24 hour period
- One supervisor comes free with every 12 paying guests.
