Staff

At Birch Bay Ranch, we currently have six year-round staff. From May-August we hire 12-16 additional people to work fulltime, adding 20-25 more staff (fulltime, part time and/or volunteers) to work specifically in July and August during our summer camps.

 

Staff Opportunities

Birch Bay Ranch is a mission field in the same sense that China or Africa are. Staff who apply to work here need to be prepared to commit the time that they apply for to the Lord, knowing that our purpose is to lead campers to Christ. This commitment is a 24 hour per day, 6 days per week commitment. It requires sacrifice of time and abilities, but it is well worth it. Every summer is a ton of fun! If you’re interested in this awesome opportunity, please fill out a staff application. See number 3 above.
