Summer Camp 2021

UPDATE - JUNE 2021
WE ARE EXCITED TO WELCOME CAMPERS TO BIRCH BAY RANCH THIS SUMMER OF '21!!

“Our God can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine” Ephesians 3:20

We are excited for the Alberta "Open for Summer" plan! We are so thankful to hear this answer to our prayers!

WHAT DOES SUMMER CAMP 2021 LOOK LIKE?

We will be running both day camps and overnight camps this summer. Each type of camp will run simultaneously during the same week of camp, with no mingling or interaction between camps or cohorts. Both day camp and overnight camp will experience the same adventurous activities. Other than the overnight component the camps will look the same.

OVERNIGHT CAMP OPTION

We will be diligent in following the government guidelines for overnight camps including cleaning, sanitation, and distancing. Even if restrictions are lifted during the summer, Birch Bay Ranch will continue to follow the guidelines set out in Phase 2.

Overnight Camp will run each week beginning on Sunday with drop off from 4:30-5:30pm and will end each week on Friday evening with pickup at 6:00pm.

We are reducing the capacity in each cabin. Campers will be in cohort groups of participants and staff who stay together for the duration of the week of camp, including the overnight portion.

The cost for overnight camp is $480.00 per person per week for Junior camp and $490.00 per person per week for Teen camp. This includes GST, all meals, a t-shirt and tuck (snack) money.

DAY CAMP OPTION

We will be diligent in following the government guidelines for overnight camps including cleaning, sanitation, and distancing. Even if restrictions are lifted during the summer, Birch Bay Ranch will continue to follow the guidelines set out in Phase 2.

Day Camp will run Monday to Friday, beginning at 8:30am each day (with breakfast at 9am) and ending with pickup at 8pm.

The cost for day camp is $440.00 per person per week for Junior camp and $450.00 per person per week for Teen camp. This includes GST, all meals, a t-shirt and tuck (snack) money.

SAFETY

Safety is our number one concern at Birch Bay Ranch and this includes the health and well-being of our campers, guests and staff. We will continue to ensure that our procedures comply with advice from our local and provincial health authorities.

We are committed to doing our part to avoid the spread of this virus. We pray for health and safety for our community, our province and our country.
